Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience working within a Finance, IT or professional services technical support team.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a support model with a proven track record.
• Experience managing or being involved with full life cycle projects beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for financial systems.
• System administration and support for financial systems including Elite 3E.
• Proactively respond to queries and requests via email, phone, and ITSM.
