Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Systems Accountant to join a large listed organisation undergoing a finance systems transformation. The role links Finance, Operations and IT to implement a new integrated pay and bill platform.

Ideal candidates will have strong systems experience, month-end support, Excel and SQL skills, and the ability to drive governance and data quality across multiple teams. Hybrid/remote arrangement with biweekly travel to London.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting knowledge with month-end reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP or operational systems and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new pay and bill solution and integrations.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate to system solutions.
• Map and improve finance processes across current and future-state environments.
• Assist with system testing, data migration and UAT.
• Analyse data flows, interfaces and reporting requirements.
• Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations and governance in designs.
• Support migration from legacy systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and IT to deliver business change.
