Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a confident and experienced Finance Support Manager to lead a regional team of client finance professionals. You will own day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and building a skilled, motivated team.

You will collaborate with Property Managers, senior operations leaders and key clients to drive performance. This full-time, office-based role is based in Hoddesdon and offers a strong benefits package, including

Qualifications

• 5–10 direct reports, leadership experience in a finance team.
• Chartered or Certified Accountant or professional-level stage.
• Experience in a high-volume finance environment balancing delivery, accuracy and service.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Attention to detail and time-management, capable of handling complex queries.
• Proactive process improvement; knowledge of property-management industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial operations for the region and ensure accuracy and efficiency within service levels.
• Build and develop a motivated finance team through coaching and performance management.
• Perform quality-control checks on transactions and reporting; escalate and address issues as needed.
• Provide clear management information to senior stakeholders and the Board.
• Manage complex financial queries and key client relationships professionally.
• Develop and document financial accounting processes and keep guides up to date.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and adopt new functionality.
