Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and standard management reporting.
• Review balance sheet analysis, cash flows and consolidation reporting for accuracy.
• Review and approve basic monthly journal entries.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports and pro forma analyses for senior management.
• Coordinate development of accounting policy and procedures.
• Explain complex information clearly and manage sensitive issues.
