Job description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance & Strategy team based in Singapore. The Finance Manager will utilize strategic financial analysis to address critical business challenges, shape our growth strategy, and support the achievement of financial targets. This role requires a company-wide perspective, collaborating across teams and functions to execute projects, build frameworks, and support high-impact initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders in Singapore and London are essential.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker and problem solver to influence decision-making in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role involves acting as an internal strategy consultant, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and identifying operational improvements. You will work closely with the Leadership Team, HQ stakeholders, and local functional teams such as commercial, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the annual budgeting process and prepare executive/board materials.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasts, KPI tracking, and functional target setting.
• Oversee monthly financial reviews, manage risks, and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct financial analyses to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance drivers to support top and bottom-line growth.
• Design and execute strategies based on qualitative and quantitative insights.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience; less experienced candidates may be considered for an Associate role.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
