We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Manager. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis, and decision-making within the organization. You will need to understand the big picture while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers. Experience with SQL is preferred.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to help them make better strategic decisions by providing data insights and understanding of financial trade-offs
• Create, update, and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Build business reporting metrics and dashboards to support decision-making
• Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft short and long-term strategic plans
• Automate reporting and build insights using SQL
• Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities

Experience and skills

• A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or other quantitative discipline
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance at a high-growth company
• Technology industry experience in FP&A or strategic finance is a plus
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with extensive modeling experience
• Ability to work autonomously
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering complex questions with data
• Experience with SQL is preferred
