Responsibilities

1. Processing all topics of financial accounting, such as checking and posting invoices and expense reimbursements of employees.
2. Controlling and reconciling open items in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar in accounting, business, or a relevant field (preferred).
• Several years of practical experience in a comparable responsibility.
• Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles.
• High affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records and accounting figures.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German and English.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
