Job summary

Wells & Co. in Bedford is seeking an experienced Finance Shared Services Manager to lead our Transactional team, ensuring robust financial controls and ongoing service improvements across AP, AR and Credit Control.

You will develop people, set KPIs, manage stakeholder relationships and drive efficiency by standardising processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a team of 4 within the Shared Services Finance function
• Leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control activities
• Setting and monitoring team KPIs, priorities and service level agreements
• Ensuring invoices, credits, payments and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
• Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Managing supplier, customer and stakeholder relationships across the business

Supporting our pubs, brewery and support functions, they ensure suppliers are paid, customers are supported, transactions are processed accurately and the business has the financial information it needs to make great decisions.
