Finance Services Assistant
GBP24,285 to GBP25,335 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Services Assistant to join the Finance team at Nottingham College.
We are seeking someone with experience working in a financial environment, familiar with financial systems, and with a sound knowledge of financial regulations and their application. The ideal candidate will be solution-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service to the College community.
The successful candidate will be able to build collaborative relationships across various teams within the organization and with external customers. They will work proactively within a team to drive improvements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
This role is based with the Finance team at Nottingham One offices, reporting to the Finance Services Manager. Responsibilities include processing and maintaining all financial transactions related to Income, Purchasing, and Banking within the finance system for Nottingham College. The role also involves providing financial information and support to students, customers, suppliers, and College staff.
Working to tight deadlines and problem-solving will be key to success. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
