Finance Services Assistant

£24,285 to £25,335 per annum

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Services Assistant to join the Finance team at Nottingham College.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all financial transactions related to Income, Purchasing, and Banking are correctly processed and maintained within the finance system.
2. Provide financial information and support to students, customers, suppliers, and College staff.
3. Work proactively within the team to drive improvements and build collaborative relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
4. Work across the financial spectrum, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5. Work to tight deadlines with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have experience in a financial environment, sound knowledge of financial systems and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a solution-focused approach.
