Job summary

SAP UK invites penultimate-year students to join its Finance team for a 13-month placement in Feltham. You will engage in financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering across the UK from day one.

You’ll own projects from scoping to delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and AI-powered analytics in planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student from any degree discipline with an interest in finance.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable analysing data and building reports.
• Effective time management to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
• An inquisitive mindset: ask questions, challenge assumptions and dig into problems.
• Open mindset toward AI, willing to experiment with AI tools and take responsibility for outputs.
• Background or interest in business, accounting, or IT is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction and analysis of financial reports for internal stakeholders and the CFO office.
• Contribute to statutory reporting activities and assist with recurring and ad hoc finance tasks.
• Lead your own projects from scoping through to delivery and presentation.
• Build relationships with shared services and SAP departments to support business partnering.
• Help evolve the UK market unit's business support and partnering.
• Work with SAP Analytics Cloud and AI-powered tools to explore intelligent analytics in planning and reporting.
