Job summary

Bupa Dental Care is seeking a Finance Manager - Reporting at our Manchester hub. This hybrid role combines balance sheet and cash flow reporting with month-end and quarterly submissions, supporting the wider Dental Finance function.

You will lead and develop a team of five Financial Accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while coordinating external and internal audits and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Professional qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong background in financial reporting, including statutory accounts and annual reports.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller with consolidated Group reporting and financial controls across the business.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting including balance sheet, cashflow, IFRS, and Solvency II submissions.
• Maintain robust reconciliations, controls and reporting processes in line with standards and statutory requirements.
• Partner with the Management Accounts team to deliver accurate month-end reporting.
• Provide financial input for planning and forecasting, including IFRS 16, depreciation, balance sheet and cashflow.
• Foster relationships across Finance, Commercial and Operations as a trusted partner.
• Support business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
