Stratstone Milton Keynes JLR is seeking a Finance Renewals Specialist to help maximise finance renewals and boost customer retention. A base salary of £30,000 plus pension, life assurance and 33 days holiday awaits the right candidate.

You will use our software to identify renewal opportunities, collaborate with the Sales team to set appointments, contact prospects and renew via the original supplying centre, while keeping precise renewal records and reporting back to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience with the ability to identify and understand customer requirements.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
• Proficient in computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience desirable.
• Analytically driven with ability to analyse data and highlight issues.

Responsabilités

• Maximise finance renewals and enhance customer retention.
• Identify renewal opportunities using our software and collaborate with Sales to plan appointments.
• Actively contact identified prospects to invite them to the dealership showroom for renewal propositions.
• Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and update internal teams on leads and outcomes.
• Continuously improve understanding of manufacturer developments to provide informed advice.
