Stratstone Milton Keynes JLR is seeking a Finance Renewals Specialist to maximise renewals and strengthen customer retention. The role offers a base salary of £30,000, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday and exclusive company discounts.

You will identify renewal opportunities, work with the Sales team to set appointments, and ensure customers are contacted and renewed through the original supplying centre. The company values development and recognition, providing resources to succeed.

At JLR, our Finance Renewals Specialists are responsible for maximising our finance renewals and enhancing customer retention. Utilising key software, you’ll identify renewal opportunities and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure customer are efficiently identified, contacted and renewed via the original supplying centre.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Champion the point of sale being the point of resale by integrating this concept into the sales process, ensuring smooth transition for initial purchase to renewal
• Uncover renewal opportunities by leveraging our software tools to identify end‑of‑term and early renewal prospects
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to strategize appointment‑setting, ensuring every opportunity is maximised
• Actively contact identified prospects, inviting them to the dealership showroom where they’ll experience personalised renewal propositions from our dedicated Sales Executives
• Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities including the number of prospects identified, contacted, appointed and successfully renewed
• Regularly update our internal teams on renewal activities to ensure all leads are maximised
• Continuously enhance your understanding of manufacturer developments to provide customers with informed‑up‑to‑date advice

• Equipped with previous customer‑facing experience, with the ability to identify and understand customer requirements
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
• Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable
• Analytically driven and is able to analyse data to draw conclusions and highlight any issues
• Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols
