Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Banking and Reconciliation Assistant to join the Finance Team at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. You will analyse daily revenue, reconcile and integrate transactions into our finance systems, allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies, and support sales ledger activities including processing payments and raising invoices.

This 35-hour-per-week, permanent role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily revenue and reconcile transactions.
• Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile and integrate transactions into finance systems.
• Support sales ledger activities: processing payments, maintaining customer accounts, raising invoices and credit notes, monitoring outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end procedures.
