A healthcare consultancy is seeking a financial project manager to oversee project delivery and financial operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate across functions to ensure financial health. Responsibilities include managing financial data, leading initiatives for process improvement, and supporting reporting requirements. Reporting to the Avalere Health Controller, this role will support our project delivery, finance and operations teams across Avalere Health. The role will collaborate with our client delivery, project management and commercial finance teams to ensure the financial health of the business and consistency and applicable financial controls.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with prior experience connecting finance, accounting and operations and continuously looks for continuous improvement opportunities to meet changing business needs while leading, coaching and developing a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of growth, accountability and continuous learning.
