Job summary

Alstom seeks a Finance Project Manager to drive financial strategy for a London-based project. You will partner with the Project Manager to deliver accurate forecasts, manage costs and ensure robust financial controls from Old Oak Common, with occasional travel to depots in London.

You will build reliable financial analysis, support bid activity and lead cash and working capital optimisation, contributing to project profitability and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting abilities.
• Experience partnering with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely forecasts for sales, costs, margins and cash.
• Analyze costs, revenue and profitability to support decision-making.
• Provide finance advice and reliable analysis to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project finances and risks.
• Support monthly close and project reporting with timely financial statements.
• Monitor contract margin, cash flow and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with bids, tenders and working capital optimisation.
