Qualified candidates have Lean Six Sigma credentials, proven leadership in large teams, and a track record of delivering cost improvements and change management in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational improvement across front, middle and back office service areas in Financial Services.
• Proven ability to lead assignment workstreams, assignments and teams.
• Experience deploying advanced techniques such as digital technologies and cost improvement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate challenging discussions.
• Strong leadership in large, diverse project teams.
