Job summary

Super is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager (Finance) to oversee a multi‑year portfolio across finance initiatives. You will align projects with strategic goals, optimise resources, monitor performance, and manage risks to deliver maximum value for internal customers.

The role requires hands‑on PM, business analysis, change management, and stakeholder engagement across a multinational, dispersed team. Strong finance background and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with post-qualification experience (3–4 years).
• Hands-on Finance operations or leading Finance projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects aligned to strategic goals and assess business value.
• Optimise resource allocation and address bottlenecks with PMs.
• Track KPIs and report portfolio health and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks; develop contingency plans.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across departments to align portfolio goals.
