Salary: £59,800 – £89,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Finance Planning and Analysis Senior Manager will lead the FP&A team within our SSEN Distribution business and be accountable for the delivery of all consolidated financial plans, forecasts and performance reporting. This role will ensure finance drives strategic decision-making through robust scenario planning, high-quality analysis and efficient coordination of core financial processes. You’ll be instrumental in defining and implementing planning processes that meet the needs of a growing and increasingly complex organisation. This role reports to the Head of Business Partnering.
You will work closely with the Distribution Business senior stakeholders, Directorate Finance teams, Regulatory Finance, Financial Control, and the wider SSE Group Finance team to ensure consistency, clarity and control across all financial planning and reporting activities. You’ll be responsible for driving a forward-looking, insight-led culture that ensures the business can make informed and timely decisions
