WPP is seeking an experienced People Manager to join our global corporate functions Finance team. You will serve as the dedicated People lead for Finance departments, partnering with business leaders to deliver robust people strategies and proactive HR support.

You will drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and learning initiatives, while ensuring ER guidance and policy compliance across the function. This role emphasizes collaboration and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR systems and MS Office applications.
• Passion for creating inclusive workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated People lead for assigned internal Finance departments and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with business leaders to execute people strategies, programmes and initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching on people matters.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Support learning initiatives and development conversations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation; manage ER cases.
• Explore how AI and data can improve people experiences.
