Acorn Insurance Ltd is recruiting a Finance Customer Service Representative to handle high volumes of direct debit payments and customer inquiries. You will work in Liverpool with hybrid flexibility, supporting customers by phone, email, and webchat.

In this role you will take payments, update customer details, set up payment plans, and provide forbearance guidance while ensuring FCA compliance and accurate data in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Taking payments from customers who have missed their direct debit payments.
• Dealing with general customer queries about monthly direct debit payments.
• Amending and updating customer details, including payment dates and bank details.
• Setting up Payment Plans and providing forbearance options.
• Offering solutions for customers in financial difficulty.
• Sending out documentation to customers.
• Updating customer details in the relevant software systems with accuracy.
• Logging and resolving customer complaints; referrals to other departments as needed.
• Adherence to FCA compliance procedures at all times.
