Job summary

We Do Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner in London for a hybrid position (2 days in-office). The role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support decision-making in a rapidly growing PE-backed media business.

Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong experience in business partnering and forecasting. Benefits include exposure to senior leadership and opportunities during an exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Partners and client leads to drive financial performance.
• Own month-end revenue reporting, forecasting, and gross margin analysis.
• Deliver clear insight into client profitability, utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Produce management accounts, commentary, and variance analysis.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.
• Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support pricing discussions, new business opportunities, and client procurement activity.
• Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting processes as the business scales.
• Work closely with operations and portfolio teams to support profitability targets.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and working capital management.
