Job summary

Alpine F1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Operations and Technical functions in a fast-paced Formula 1 environment. You will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage operating and capital expenditure, support forecasting and planning activities, and help optimise performance within cost cap requirements and financial regulations.

Qualifications

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or finalist with relevant experience.
Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge and influence.

Responsibilities

Act as the finance business partner to Operational and Technical leaders.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for operating expenditure.
Deliver analysis of performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
Support decision-making via scenario modelling and investment appraisals.
Manage capital expenditure planning and reporting for designated departments.
Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with Formula 1 financial regulations and cost cap requirements.
Collaborate with Purchasing and operational stakeholders on resource deployment.
