Job summary

Enspec Power Ltd is seeking a Management Accountant to own the month-end close and develop insightful reports across inventory, costings and manufacturing performance. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing and operations to drive better financial visibility and control as the business scales.

The role offers progression towards Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner as Enspec grows, with a focus on process improvement and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing monthly management accounts.
• Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP & VAT.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts preparation.
• Review margins, costings and stock movements.
• Develop reporting to aid management decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Coach junior finance staff.
