Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is offering a development opportunity for a self-motivated individual to extend skills within finance partnering. You will provide high-quality financial business partnering to support the Learning Disabilities & Autism Directorate, leading planning, monthly reporting and cost improvement while assisting costing adoption.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Finance & Contracting and requires CCAB/CIMA qualifications, NHS knowledge and

Qualifications

CCAB or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience).
NHS financial and operational knowledge.
Skills in planning, reporting, and analysis.
Communication and influencing skills.
Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality financial business partnering to help the Learning Disabilities & Autism Directorate make the best use of their available budget and support delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Lead financial planning, monthly reporting, cost improvement planning and support the adoption of service line and patient-level costing.
