Lanpro, a market-leading multidisciplinary consultancy, seeks an experienced Finance Partner to drive the subsidiary's financial performance from day one. You will raise invoices, manage data, and provide commercial insight while leading a finance systems migration and partnering across the group.

The role combines hands-on finance administration with strategic business partnering, offering clear progression, a supportive environment, and a hybrid working arrangement based in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years' experience in a similar finance/finance partnering role.
• Hands-on with detailed transactional finance (invoicing, data entry, reconciliations).
• Experience leading finance systems migrations or major process changes.

Responsibilities

• Raise monthly invoices accurately and on time.
• Own data validation and reconciliation during migration.
• Act as finance business partner for planning across multiple units.
• Provide commercial and financial guidance to operational leaders.
