Hyundai Motor Company in Leatherhead is seeking a Finance Operations and Incentive Manager to own accounting of vehicle stock, dealer incentives and related costs. You will lead SAP-based processes, consolidate monthly accruals and performance reporting, and drive improvements across finance operations while coordinating with Sales, Fleet and Systems teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years’ accounting experience with finance operations.
• Strong experience using SAP and Excel.
• Experience leading a small team (2+ people).
• Collaborative stakeholder management across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Account for vehicle inventory, shipments and SAP reporting.
• Validate factory billing and pro forma invoices.
• Maintain SAP pricing controls and report against plan.
• Manage dealer incentive schemes, accruals and payments.
• Prepare month-end accruals and incentive performance insights.
• Oversee Hyundai Capital UK payment process and resolve queries.
• Build and distribute quarterly bonus statements and self-billing invoices.
• Support compliance with HMRC and import controls.
