- Manage basic treasury tasks like vault oversight and wallet approvals
- Process payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Track cash flow, manage simple funding records (e.g., fiat and token inflows/outflows)
- Maintain up-to-date funding, runway, and burn spreadsheets or dashboards
Reporting & Admin
- Prepare lightweight monthly summaries for internal use (burn, upcoming payments, etc.)
- Assist with organizing financial records for taxes, compliance, or investor updates
- Support founders with any one-off reporting or data gathering
Operations Support
- Track IT assets and handle small purchases (laptops, software subscriptions, etc.)
- Keep recurring vendor and service accounts organized
- Help with light compliance or record-keeping tasks (e.g., annual filings, cap table updates)
- Pitch in with any other ops or admin items that come up
Requirements- Prior experience in operations, finance, or admin roles (startups or lean environments preferred)
- Comfortable with remote work, async updates, and taking ownership of tasks
- Organized and proactive—able to follow up without hand-holding
- Familiarity with crypto wallets or basic DeFi tools is a plus but not required
- Strong with spreadsheets, detail-tracking, and reporting
