Job description

Lime is the world's largest shared electric vehicle company. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered 700+ million rides in 250+ cities on 5 continents, replacing an estimated 150+ million car trips. Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally.

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join the Strategic Planning team. You will be working with colleagues -- often remote market owners, cross-functional teams (local operations, finance, and others), and executive management to make difficult decisions, prioritize, and solve problems. With your proven skills as a multitasker, you will use your analytical skills with confidence to make sure you know and understand our business needs and ensure success for our global business.

What You’ll Do

  • Support management of our assets by turning strategic plans into actionable market-level moves, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with local needs

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects (with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Local Operations, etc.) to ensure a smooth allocation process, especially in peak season or during market launches and scale-ups

  • Partner with Finance and Ops teams to support annual planning, budget forecasting, and ensure optimal allocation across European and ME markets

  • Be the go-to support for local markets, helping respond to day-to-day questions, unblock operational issues, and track ongoing needs to escalate to senior leadership when needed

  • Use data to drive decision-making, developing models and tools to optimize how we allocate resources based on performance, growth, and efficiency

  • Identify process improvements and help design scalable planning and reporting solutions to make our ops more streamlined and effective

  • Develop dashboards and reports that bring visibility to business performance and help local teams make informed planning decisions

  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace; ensuring the safety of our staff, riders and vehicles while empowering experimentation and creativeness for the team to meet their goals

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, project management roles, or related experience; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company is a plus

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution, with strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and build alignment across teams at all levels of the organization

  • Bring an empathetic and collaborative mindset: listens actively, understands other teams' needs, and helps build solutions that are both practical and scalable

  • A strong bias for using data to support decision making and establish priorities / strategies; ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders

  • Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets / data management skills; SQL and dashboard creation proficiency a plus

  • A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing sight of the bigger picture

  • Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move things forward independently

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is a plus
