Job summary

URC Retired Ministers’ Housing Society is seeking a qualified finance professional for a standalone role, hybrid from London and home. The Finance Operations Manager will oversee all finance activity, including accounts payable and robust management accounting, while shaping long-term financial modelling with the CEO.

The candidate should have at least five years in operational finance, be conversant with charity reporting and PAYE, and enjoy leading through change.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in operational and management finance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with charity reporting and PAYE.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finance activity for the Society, including accounts payable and management accounting.
• Plan long-term financial viability through modelling and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and reporting standards.
