Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Finance Operations Team Leader to guide the transactional finance function across 220+ sites. You will oversee cash reconciliations, refunds, accounts payable, and employee expenses, ensuring integrity of flows into the general ledger.

You will lead and develop a small team, maintain strong controls, and drive continuous improvements across systems and processes to support patient care across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transactional finance role with high-volume processing.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small team under deadline pressure.
• Strong systems aptitude across multiple platforms and outputs.
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume transactions.
• Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation.
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive financial and patient data.
• Clear communicator able to work with diverse internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance Operations Team across 220+ sites to ensure accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Oversee cash reconciliations, variance investigation, and weekly reviews.
• Supervise patient refunds and ensure compliant expense processing.
• Oversee accounts payable and end-to-end supplier payments via P2D system.
• Coach and review two Finance Operations Assistants to meet deadlines.
• Strengthen internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and propose improvements to systems and processes.
