AerFin is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead the Accounts Payable team, drive payment controls and automate processes for scalable growth. You will collaborate with Finance leadership to strengthen supplier data and support ERP initiatives.

The role emphasizes improving AP discipline, cash forecasting and KPI reporting, with a focus on governance and efficiency in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts payable in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and governance.
• Experience leading a transactional finance team and improving processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team with clear priorities and timely processing.
• Drive end-to-end AP improvements, controls and automation to reduce month-end delays.
• Ensure adherence to PO, coding, approvals and goods-receipting requirements.
