WH Finance Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager/Financial Controller to lead financial operations, ensure accuracy of reporting, manage working capital, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This hands-on role heads a small finance team, prepares monthly management accounts and annual reports with a fully reconciled balance sheet, and partners with the business to drive ERP improvements, automation, and MI.

There is clear scope to shape the function as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with experience in monthly management accounts.
• Experience with reconciled balance sheets and statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to lead a small finance team and drive process improvements.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and automation in finance.
