Job summary

TRP Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manager to lead and develop AR and AP functions within a Group Company portfolio of global brands. The role centers on cash flow management, collections, and supplier payments, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement across a team of at least five.

applicants should have 5–8+ years in accounting, strong ERP experience (Sage 200, SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite) and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience including AR and AP management.
Experience leading and developing finance teams.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (e.g., Sage 200, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the AR and AP teams and manage cash flow forecasting.
Oversee accounts receivable activities: collections, cash application, and ageings.
Oversee accounts payable: invoice processing, coding, approvals and payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts; maintain vendor and customer records.
Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close and assist with external audits.
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
