Job summary

Confidential in Bradford is seeking a Finance Officer to join the Finance team on a hybrid basis. You will support the Service Charge Accountant with budgets, forecasts and accounts, ensuring accurate service charge costing and allocations. Strong Excel skills and a finance background are essential.

You will work 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with in-office presence approx. once a month. The role offers progression and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient in Excel with large datasets and data manipulation.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of service charge budgets, forecasts and year-end accounts.
• Assist with calculation and allocation of service charge costs.
• Maintain accurate financial records and service charge data.
• Produce customer communications and financial information accurately.
• Investigate discrepancies and support timely finance processes.
