We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Finance team.
In this role, you'll support the Service Charge Accountant and wider service charge team in delivering accurate service charge budgets, forecasts and accounts. You'll play a key role in ensuring service charge costs are calculated and allocated correctly, helping us provide a transparent and positive experience for our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a finance background who enjoys working with data, solving problems and ensuring accuracy.
The spot salary for the Finance Officer post is £27,554 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you're still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
