Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in resourcing candidates.
  • Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and manage general office communications.
  • General administrative support across the Finance department.
  • Process and reconcile expense accounts.
  • Review and process bursary applications.
  • Book Hotels and Transport for staff training/events.
  • Assist with various business operations as needed.
