Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Finance/Commercial Analyst to review estate performance and drive EBITDA improvements across the estate. You will ensure Regional Managers receive granular insights and translate data into actionable plans for operational leaders.

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, owning numbers, and shaping store-level strategies. The role requires professional qualifications in CIMA/ACCA/ACA and strong analytical and communication skills to engage with the SLT.

More about The Role

Review Estate performance to drive operational and strategic actions that promote EBITDA performance across the estate. You will ensure that Regional Managers are well-informed about performance in their respective business areas at a granular level. This role influences and informs strategic decisions by utilising insight and analysis, applied through business partnering, to translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• - Business Partnering: Act as a true commercial partner to our Regional Managers, driving financial performance directly to the shop floor.
• - Building Strong Networks: Collaborate daily with a diverse range of stakeholders, bridging the gap between Retail Operations, Finance, and Property.
• - Own the Numbers: Take charge of store performance insight and analysis. Play a key role in shaping individual store strategies to influence the future of our Estate.

• - Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
