Finance Manager – FP&A (ACA Qualified)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

We are partnering with a leading mid-market private equity firm based in Central London to hire a Finance Manager with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is an excellent opportunity for a recently ACA-qualified professional looking to step into a broad commercial role within a fast-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the portfolio and group-level entities
Provide high-quality, data-driven financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare monthly management reporting packs and board-level presentations
Partner closely with investment and operations teams to analyse performance and value creation metrics
Support deal teams with financial modelling, scenario analysis, and due diligence inputs as required
Work on ad hoc commercial projects and initiatives led by senior leadership
Assist with cash flow forecasting, covenant reporting, and capital structure analysis
Help improve and develop financial processes and systems as the firm scales

Candidate Profile:

ACA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier accountancy firm
Strong technical grounding with post-qualification experience in FP&A
Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret and challenge financial data
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with BI tools a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ambitious, self-motivated, and keen to work in a dynamic, high-performing environment
