Job summary

Haughey Recruitment in Dungannon is seeking a Finance Manager (part time) to lead the daily financial operations. The role is 30 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, VAT returns, payroll, reconciliations, and provide financial information to the external accountant for year-end accounts, while driving cost control and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Experience taking ownership of a finance function.
• Strong knowledge of accounts, VAT, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day finance function, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process sales and purchase invoices, payments, and credit control.
• Complete bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
