MCS Group in Belfast is seeking a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant for a fulltime, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will lead the finance function, deliver accurate financial information and support strategic decision‑making.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, cash flow, financial controls and reporting, partnering with General Manager and heads of department to drive revenue and profitability targets.

Finance Manager/Senior Accountant - Urgent Need - South Belfast

Fulltime - Permanent Role

Hybrid Role -3 days perm week onsite & 2 days remote

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the finance function, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful financial information is available to support business and operational decision‑making.

The role will combine strong technical accounting and financial control with a commercially focused approach. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and departmental managers to understand overall performance, identify opportunities, manage costs and support the delivery of revenue and profitability targets.

The successful candidate will own the budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, cash flow, financial controls, and financial reporting, while ensuring appropriate processes and systems support efficient financial management.

The successful candidate will provide constructive financial challenge, translate financial information into meaningful commercial insight, and support the leadership team in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
