A leading company in the financial sector is seeking an Oracle Cloud Support professional to assist in budget monitoring and financial systems maintenance. This role involves user management, system queries, and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. The role involves supporting the Team Leader - Oracle Cloud Support (Financial Systems Team) in providing system support for budget monitoring, budget development (EPM), and the maintenance of financial systems (ERP). Responsibilities include user setup, system queries via the call logging portal, and offering advice and guidance to Finance Business Partners across the council.
The role also requires maintaining and developing financial systems to reflect Council structures, ensuring accountability and supporting financial reporting to Cabinet and statutory bodies. Additionally, supporting the maintenance of EPM, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system setups is essential, including liaising with Financial Systems Leads to ensure correct user access.
