Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting and financial reporting for manufacturing businesses.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to lead cost control initiatives and analyse cost drivers.
• Experience coordinating external audits and liaising with auditors.
• Proactive, commercially minded with ability to partner with operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Coordinate audits and manage auditor relationships.
• Analyze costs and identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop the finance team.
