Job summary

ITSS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager in Ware to oversee the group’s finances. The role requires at least 3 years in the private sector and hands-on management of payments, VAT, payroll, and year-end reporting.

You will coordinate UK and German finance activities, handle foreign exchange, prepare management accounts, and support the board with accurate financial analysis and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the private sector.
• Hands-on with payments, VAT, payroll and reporting.
• Experience across UK and German finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming & outgoing payments.
• Foreign exchange - booking live options, managing draw downs etc.
• VAT return and VAT computations for German division."
• Payroll & Expenses.
• Assist 3rd party accountants with quarterly management accounts and year-end reports.
