Job summary

Interpath Advisory is seeking an experienced Group Management Accountant (German-speaking) to join the Finance & Accounting team in the UK. The role covers end-to-end accounting across multiple entities, cost analysis, and board reporting, with involvement in month-end close and statutory filings.

The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English, hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CPA), and bring 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience including management.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent fully qualified accountant.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities across multiple entities and tax compliance.
• Act as key business partner to analyse costs and variances to budget.
• Establish cost centre postings and intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee supplier cost push processes across the group.
• Produce ad hoc cost analysis and support year-end audit processes.
• Prepare monthly board and lender reports and coordinate statutory filings.
