Job summary

Keswick Ministries is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance function, deliver high-quality reporting, and ensure prudent stewardship of resources for maximum Kingdom impact.

The role involves developing financial systems, managing accounts and budgets, and collaborating with partners across the ministry to enable informed decision-making. Based in the UK, it offers meaningful ministry work within a historic organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a finance function.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to provide financial guidance to non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function with strong controls and efficient processes.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis for senior leaders and trustees.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the ministry to interpret financial information for decision-making.
• Support finance systems development, including Sage to Xero migration and data integration with Beacon CRM.
• Contribute to stewarding resources for long-term ministry impact.
