Responsibilities

• Line management of 2 Accounts Assistants, overseeing AP and AR duties, providing support, training and mentoring as required.
• Preparation of the management accounts pack including commentary and analysis.
• Leading the year end and audit process, primary contact for external stakeholders including auditors.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Ongoing review development of existing systems and processes, ensuring robust controls.
• Working cross-functionally with operational teams to deliver financial insight.
