The CFO HQ is seeking a Finance Manager (Manufacturing) in Lincolnshire to provide strategic financial support and insight to directors. The role offers autonomy with a focus on monitoring budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis within a growing plastics manufacturing environment.

You will influence the company’s financial objectives and reporting, leveraging engineering context and strong Excel skills. Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with flexitime and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications
