Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a Lincolnshire based plastics manufacturer to hire a Finance Manager. You will act as the key financial advisor to directors, driving strategic insights, budgeting, and forecasting. A manufacturing/engineering background and advanced Excel capabilities are essential.

The role offers 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), flexitime, training, and a bonus. Salary ranges 55,000–65,000 and will be tailored to experience, with potential for recognition based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager or similar.
• Background in engineering is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for modelling and reporting.

Are you a Finance Manager or similar coming from an engineering background, looking for a brand-new role within a rapidly growing business, where you will be seen as the key advisor providing financial insights to the directors?
